Latest Trends in Impact Investing

This panel will examine the latest developments in impact investing from the perspective of different actors in the impact economy. To achieve a sustainable, resilient recovery after COVID-19, the impact investing industry requires well-designed recovery policies, as well as acceleration and funding of innovative solutions. We will hear from policymakers and network organizations to better understand how they can support this transformation. We will also examine the role of intermediaries and fund managers in catalyzing innovative approaches to address societal issues that have been brought to the forefront by the pandemic, including the climate crisis, inequality, mental health and well-being, among others. Ultimately, the panel will address what the impact economy can do to “build back better”.
