Information

As a result of the economic volatility brought about by coronavirus, it is clear that the issues of impact and sustainability are material factors that companies and financial actors must adequately manage for their decision-making. The impact is difficult to measure, in the same way that art, wine or sports are. But how to differentiate between real impact and impact washing? In this interactive and provocative session, participants will discuss ambitious ideas for achieving impact integrity and market definition. Some of the most pressing questions:  Do we reform company laws? Do we use technology to amplify voices and support better decision making? Do we adopt the tools to the cultural and local context? What are the key questions and principles for the effective design and use of impact data? What is the role of Blockchain and AI to measure the SDGs? In an increasingly diverse ecosystem where the data is king, we need cooperation and reconcile a social impact measurement agenda to build the right tools for the right purposes.
